I’m Tylena, owner of Little Ones.

My name is Tylena Jeans and I have been a nanny for the past 10 years. Working in the industry for a decade, I have learned what serves families and nannies best. Upon moving to Nashville, I noticed a gap in the industry for competent placement services at a reasonable price. My goal for Little Ones is to provide a professional, affordable, and personal approach in connecting families with nannies. My husband Josh and live right outside of Nashville with our puppies, Gus and Pearl. I look forward to using my passion and experience to help best serve you!

Why Little Ones? Let us tell you!

At Little Ones Nanny Agency we have one goal: to ensure that you have the right care for your family!

As an agency, we provide peace of mind to our families. Hiring a nanny should be an exciting process of incorporating someone into your family who can give you support and increased flexibility. However, many families find this process to be daunting and time consuming.

We know that every family has unique care needs. And, we know that it takes trust to allow someone else to help you in this process. With that in mind, we have created a process to ensure that we make the highest-quality matches between families and caregivers.

We treat each family as if it were our own children receiving care. We evaluate all of our nannies with a 12-point screening process to ensure that they meet our requirements for care. We then go beyond the β€œbasics” and evaluate each nanny for style, approach, and strengths. This is how we determine the correct fit for each of our families.

The outcome of our service is simple: we will find the right nanny for your family. Using our agency ensures that a wide pool of qualified applicants have been considered, without you having to weed through countless applications. We know the places to look, questions to ask, and qualities necessary to find you the perfect fit!
